As part of the Commercial team, you will help deliver sales target, optimize customer profits, manage inventory holdings to a mutually agreed target, and develop channel trade plans with customer to ensure timely execution of trade plans of the online boutique/s of the brand/s you manage. Equipped with enthusiasm and skill, you will be primarily responsible to:
Campaign Management
Job Responsibilities:
Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
Content Writing
Job Responsibilities:
Create e-commerce content, such as product descriptions/reviews, buying guides, blog posts, etc.
Research competitors and industry trends, Collaborate with Content Editors and SEO Experts to prepare content for publication and maximize the reach and engagement
Write [number of] e-commerce pieces of content [daily/weekly], including (but not limited to) [trending products/services, lifestyle, and seasonal/event-related] articles
Improve content performance by tracking and analyzing key metrics related to traffic, orders, net commission, and gross sales.
Graphic Designers
Job description includes the entire process of defining requirements,
visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
Job Responsibilities:
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Communicating with clients about layout and design.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Logistics Management
Job Responsibilities:
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
